1442 ET - Adobe faces headwinds from increasing competition in the application software space, writes BMO analyst Keith Bachman, who downgrades the stock to market perform. Discussing the seventh installment of BMO's Creative Cloud survey, Bachman writes that application software firms will need to post steady growth, aided by artificial-intelligence features, to adapt to changes in user interfaces toward natural language queries in the front office market. Adobe is at "the bottom of our pecking order" compared to HubSpot, his top pick, and Salesforce.
