AeroVironment (AVAV) and Parry Labs are teaming up to develop digital engineering, software, and mission system hardware for AeroVironment's P550 drone for a US Army program, Parry Labs said Friday.
Financial details were not provided.
Parry Labs said it will provide expertise in model-based systems engineering development and open software operating environments to back AeroVironment in implementing the capabilities required by the US Army's Long Range Reconnaissance program.
AeroVironment shares were up over 4% in recent trading.
