GigaDevice Semiconductor (HKG:3986) set the offer price for its Hong Kong initial public offering at HK$162 per H-share, according to a Jan. 09 bourse filing.
The semiconductor firm said the offer size adjustment option was not exercised and has lapsed.
GigaDevice expects to announce allocation results for the offering on Monday, while trading in its H-shares is scheduled to begin on the main board on Tuesday.
