Euro to Trade in $1.15-$1.20 Range as Dollar Stays Weak, Deutsche Bank Says -- Market Talk

Dow Jones01-12

1356 GMT - The euro is expected to trade within a range of $1.15 and $1.20 for now while the trend of dollar weakness continues, Deutsche Bank Research's George Saravelos says in a note. Narrower U.S. versus global growth differentials, the loss of the dollar's high-yielding status and the potential for rising hedge ratios on U.S. assets all point to further dollar weakness, the global head of FX research says. Deutsche Bank holds a neutral view on the euro versus the dollar at the start of 2026. The euro rises 0.5% to $1.1690. (emese.bartha@wsj.com)
