Comstock Gets Nevada's Permit to Process Waste Solar Panels for Silver Springs Site

Comstock (LODE) and Comstock Metals said Friday it has received the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection - Bureau of Sustainable Materials Management's written determination permit to process waste solar panels and photovoltaics for its materials recovery site in Silver Springs, Nevada.

Comstock Metals was also granted a similar notice of approval for the associated air quality control permit on Jan. 5, according to Comstock.

Comstock said it has now received the complete required regulatory approvals for commissioning the scale up of a site designed for processing over 3 million panels annually from one, continuous production line.
