JD.com's 4Q Revenue Likely in Line With Market Expectations -- Market Talk

Dow Jones01-13

0844 GMT - JD.com's 4Q revenue will likely be in line with market expectations and Jefferies' forecast for the quarter, according to Jefferies analysts in a research note. The e-commerce company's retail revenue is likely to drop 3% year over year, dragged by electronics products and home appliances, they note. That said, the market likely has already factored in the slower trend in home appliances, they note. JD.com has been facing a high base in the home appliance category, which was boosted by the government's trade-in policy last year. Jefferies has a buy rating and a target price of US$49.00 for JD.com's ADRs, which last traded at US$30.73.(tracy.qu@wsj.com)
