HealthEquity Shares Retreat After Backing 2026 Forecast, Cautious 2027 Outlook

Shares of HealthEquity declined after the company reiterated its 2026 outlook and gave a tepid forecast for 2027.

The stock closed down 10% at $84.56 on Monday. Shares have retreated around 17% in the past year.

The custodian for health savings accounts said it expects to meet its revenue forecast for the fiscal-year ending Jan. 31 of $1.30 billion to $1.31 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.31 billion.

For fiscal year 2027, the company forecast revenue of $1.38 billion to $1.41 billion. Wall Street is expecting the higher end of the range at $1.41 billion, according to FactSet.
