Crosstec Partially Converts Convertible Bonds Issued to Hexing Investment

Crosstec (HKG:3893) converted HK$4.4 million of convertible bonds granted to Hexing Investment into 40 million shares at HK$0.11 apiece on Tuesday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.

The interior design company had issued a total of HK$57.1 million of convertible bonds to Hexing Investment to partially settle certain loans.

The shares represent 15% of the firm's enlarged issued share capital.
