1244 ET - Intuitive Surgical's selloff despite a preliminary 4Q revenue beat isn't exactly surprising, Baird's David Rescott writes in a note. "FY26 procedure growth guidance came a smidge below what we believe were baked into buyside expectations," the analyst says. He adds that worldwide utilization growth was flat quarter-over-quarter, and mentions "downward bias to most pre-announcing this week against the backdrop of a weaker MedTech tape." Still, the company's 2026 guidance is likely to tilt conservative, which may leave room to drive upside numbers, Rescott says. Intuitive Surgical drops 3.8%. (elias.schisgall@wsj.com)
