Hospitality chain Royal Orchid Hotels (NSE:ROHLTD, BOM:532699) has signed a new resort at the Jim Corbett national park in Uttarakhand, India, under the "Regenta Place" brand, according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
Developed by Vacan Hauss Realty, the upcoming resort will have 50 rooms.
The company's shares were up over 1% in recent trade.
