Chailease (TPE:5871) unit Chailease Finance plans to sign a NT$7.8 billion three-year syndicated loan agreement.
The facility will be arranged by a group of banks led by Bank SinoPac, Mizuho Bank and DBS Bank (Taiwan), according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The loan will provide mid-term funding to strengthen Chailease Finance's financial structure and support future business expansion, it said.
