<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/MELI">MercadoLibre</a> lays off 119 people due to its AI expansion, Folha reportsSAO PAULO, Jan 12 (Reuters) - E-commerce firm MercadoLibre MELI.O, which operates across Latin America, laid off 119 people in a move related to its artificial intelligence expansion, Brazilian newspaper Folha de S. Paulo said.
The layoffs included 38 people in Brazil, MercadoLibre's largest market, Folha reported.
