Root's (ROOT) personal car insurance unit, Root Insurance, has partnered with Kikoff to integrate Root's auto insurance quoting and purchase process directly into the Kikoff platform, the companies said Tuesday.
Financial details weren't disclosed.
Under the partnership, Kikoff users can receive instant, personalized car insurance quotes from Root within the Kikoff app, allowing customers to review and purchase coverage through an integrated experience, according to a joint statement.
Shares of Root were down more than 3% in recent Tuesday trading.
