Kerjaya Prospek Group (KLSE:KERJAYA) unit Kerjaya Prospek (M) seucred a 201.3 million ringgit building contract from Greencove, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The contract covers the construction of two 39-storey apartment blocks with 390 units each, five levels of podium parking, and commercial space in Selangor, Malaysia.
Deal work is scheduled to start on April 1, and is expected to be completed within 40 months, it said.
