ACMA (SGX:AYV) completed the placement of up to 8.4 million shares at SG$0.04 per share to raise around SG$339,128, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on or around Jan. 19.
Shares of the distributor of air conditioning and ventilation systems were up nearly 8% at the close of trading on Wednesday.
