GKE's Attributable Profit Slides 58% in Fiscal H1; Shares Down 4%

GKE's (SGX:595) attributable profit to owners declined by 58% during the fiscal first half ended Nov. 30, 2025, to SG$1.9 million from SG$4.4 million a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the logistics and warehousing company were down over 4% in Wednesday early afternoon trading.

Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.0023 compared with SG$0.0057 in the comparable period.

Revenue rose 5.3% year over year to SG$66.5 million from SG$63.2 million, despite revenue decline in the warehouse and logistics department.

The company declared an interim cash dividend of SG$0.0005 per share for the period, unchanged from a year earlier. The dividend will be paid on Feb. 13.
