OneIM Acquisition said late Tuesday it priced its initial public offering of 25 million units at $10 apiece for $250 million.

Each unit has one class A ordinary share and one-sixth of one redeemable warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to buy one class A ordinary share at $11.50 apiece, the company said.

OneIM said it expects its class A ordinary shares and warrants to trade on Nasdaq under the "OIM" and "OIMAW" symbols, respectively.

The blank check company has provided a 45-day option to the underwriter to buy up to 3.8 million additional units, it said, adding that it anticipates closing the offering on Thursday.
