Goldstream Investment (HKG:1328) said its subsidiary Redwood sold 2.6 million Lens Technology (HKG:6613, SHE:300433) shares in the open market, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
The shares were sold in two batches of 1.27 million shares and 1.32 million shares, with the first fetching an average price of HK$30.30 per share and the second fetching HK$29.06 per share.
All in all, the shares were sold for HK$76.9 million and Goldstream Investment said it expects to recognize a gain of HK$29.8 million from the sale.
The disposed shares represent 0.86% of Lens Technology's issued share capital.
