Bitfarms (BITF) said Wednesday that Edie Hofmeister has been named board chair, in line with its strategy of redomiciling to the US.
Hofmeister succeeds Brian Howlett, who will continue to serve as an independent director, the company said.
Hofmeister joined the Bitfarms board in November 2022 and has served as chair of the governance and nominating committee, and the environmental and social responsibility committee, the company said.
