Ryman Healthcare (NZE:RYM, ASX:RYM) reported 375 occupation right agreement (ORA) sales in the fiscal third quarter, down from 394 a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.
The total sales for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, include 101 new sales and 274 resales, down from 109 new sales and 285 resales a year earlier, per the filing.
Occupancy in the company's new and existing aged care centers was flat at 96% relative to the fiscal second quarter, the filing said.
ORA sales guidance for fiscal 2026 remains unchanged at 1,300 to 1,400, excluding resident relocations from Margaret Stoddart and Woodcote, which are included in reported sales volumes, the filing added.
The company's New Zealand-listed shares added about 1% in recent Thursday trade.
