Automatic Data Processing Says Board Approves Purchase of $6 Billion Shares

Automatic Data Processing (ADP) said late Wednesday its board has approved the purchase of $6 billion of the company's shares.

The authorization replaces the previous 2022 authorization to buy $5 billion of its shares, the company said.
