The Trendlines Group (SGX:42T) completed the placement of about 83.7 million shares at SG$0.067 apiece, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down over 1% in Friday trading.
The placement shares represent roughy 5.75% of The Trendlines Group's enlarged share capital. Following the placement, the agrifood company's total issued and paid-up share capital has increased to nearly 1.46 billion shares, excluding treasury shares.
The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted in Singapore on Jan. 19, the filing showed.
