Raffles Education (SGX:NR7) allotted and issued 946,321 shares to bondholders at SG$0.065, with a principal amount of SG$61,511, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the education services company were down nearly 3% in Friday trading.
Following the conversion of the convertible bonds, the issued share capital of the company has increased to over 1.53 billion shares.
The new shares were listed and quoted on Jan. 16, the filing added.
