Deutsche Boerse Could Announce $6.17 Billion Allfunds Acquisition This Week, Bloomberg Says, Citing Sources

--Deutsche Boerse is close to a deal to buy European fund-technology company Allfunds for around 5.3 billion euros ($6.17 billion), Bloomberg reports, citing unnamed sources.

--The German stock-exchange operator--which said on Nov. 27 it was in talks to buy Allfunds--could announce a deal this week, Bloomberg reports. It adds that talks are advanced, but could still be delayed or fall apart, according to the sources.

--A spokeswoman for Deutsche Boerse referred to the November announcement, and declined to comment further to Bloomberg. Representatives for Allfunds declined to comment.
