Bombardier Onboards New Leadership Team to Bolster Defense, Growth Strategy

Bombardier has made several senior leadership changes aimed at strengthening its defense business, expanding product development and acquisition activity.

The Canadian business-jet maker said Tuesday that Sandra Hodgkinson will join as senior vice president of strategy and M&A. Most recently, she led strategy and corporate development at Leonardo DRS

Stephen McCullough is appointed executive vice president of engineering, product development and Bombardier Defense. He has been with the company for 36 years, with experience in aircraft design and flight testing.

Bombardier has also appointed Paul Sislian to the role of executive vice president of aircraft sales and Bombardier Aftermarket Services. He has been with Bombardier for 17 years and previously led the business jet manufacturing operations.

Bombardier said the appointments aim to deepen customer relationships, evolve its Bombardier Defense business while remaining focused on product improvement and long-term strategic opportunities through investments and mergers and acquisitions.
