Dow Jones01-20 20:52
0751 ET - Warner Bros. Discovery responds to calls for it to release more information about how it's valuing its Global Networks linear TV business. The company releases financial projections for the expected decline of the business, projecting $17 billion in revenue and adjusted Ebitda of $5.4 billion for 2026 and $15.6 billion in revenue and $3.8 billion in adjusted Ebitda in 2030. Paramount has claimed that Warner Bros. Discovery is overvaluing the global networks business, which is not included in the deal with Netflix, and believes the business may be worth nothing.
