Nvidia (NVDA) and Amazon.com (AMZN) Executive Chair Jeff Bezos are among the investors backing Humans&, a newly formed artificial intelligence startup that has raised $480 million in a seed funding round valuing the company at $4.48 billion, Bloomberg reported Tuesday.

The financing was led by SV Angel along with Humans& co-founder Georges Harik, according to the report. Other participants include Alphabet-backed (GOOG, GOOGL) GV, formerly Google Ventures, Bloomberg said.

The startup will also work with Nvidia on hardware and software, the report said.
