United Company Rusal (HKG:0486) units agreed to procure heat energy from associates of En+ Group under new supply contracts to support production operations, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Under the agreements, Rusal subsidiaries will purchase thermal energy in hot water and steam from Baikalenergo and Khakass Utility Systems through Dec. 31, 2026, at an estimated consideration of about $7.8 million for the year.
