AMP (ASX:AMP) appointed Chief Financial Officer Blair Vernon as group chief executive, succeeding Alexis George, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
George will retire from her CEO role on March 30, after which she will remain available to the company to assist with handover and provide ongoing support, the filing added.
