Zhejiang Dahua Technology Subsidiary's Spun-Off Unit Submits Papers for Hong Kong IPO

Zhejiang Dahua Technology (SHE:002236) subsidiary Zhejiang HuaRay Technology submitted documents for its initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Tuesday disclosure to the Shenzhen bourse.

The AI-powered machine vision and autonomous mobile robot (AMR) products manufacturer plans to use the proceeds from its IPO to boost its machine vision and AMR platforms, upgrade its manufacturing capabilities, expand marketing operations, and fund working capital, according to documents submitted to the Hong Kong bourse Monday.

The parent's shareholders approved the proposal to spin off HuaRay during a meeting in November 2025.

Shares fell 1% during morning trading on Tuesday.
