Huatai Securities' (SHA:601688, HKG:6886) affiliate, Huatai International Finance, issued three medium-term bonds with a total amount of 346 million yuan, according to a Saturday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
The securities company's Hong Kong shares fell over 2%, while the Shanghai shares slipped over 1% during Monday's afternoon trade.
The bonds amount to 100 million yuan, $15 million and $20 million.
The company's overseas subsidiary, Huatai International Financial Holdings, will guarantee $49 million to Huatai International Finance for the issuance.
