Haier Smart Home (HKG:6690) announced a share buyback program involving its D shares, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
The firm plans to buy up to 1 million D shares for a maximum volume of up to 2 million euro. The shares represent 0.369% of the company's current D-share capital.
The buy back will last from Jan. 21 to Feb. 13, the firm said.
