CHN Energy Changyuan Electric Power (SHE:000966) said it achieved the full commercial operation of its Hanchuan Phase IV expansion project, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The second 1,000-megawatt unit has successfully completed its 168-hour full-load trial run, marking the complete commissioning of the two 1,000-megawatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired power units in Hubei province.
Shares of the power company closed 1% higher in the afternoon trade.
