Nvidia (NVDA) and AMD $(AMD)$: Chip stocks and other big technology names were among the biggest premarket fallers as equities around the world sold off.

3M $(MMM)$: The Post-it notes and Scotch tape maker is among the companies set to post quarterly results early Tuesday. Shares dropped around 2% in premarket trading.

Netflix $(NFLX)$: The streaming company is due to post quarterly earnings after the close. It could potentially comment on reports that it is preparing to make its Warner Bros. Discovery $(WBD)$ bid all-cash.

RAPT Therapeutics $(RAPT)$: Drugmaker GSK (UK:GSK, GSK) agreed to buy the Californian biopharmaceutical company for around $2.2 billion. Its stock surged by nearly two-thirds ahead of the open.

Union Pacific $(UNP)$ and Norfolk Southern $(NSC)$: A merger application by the railroad companies is incomplete, a U.S. regulator said Friday, a setback for their prospective $71.5 billion deal.
