Breton Technology (HKG:1333) said its chairman and controlling shareholder Chen Fangming bought 170,000 Hong Kong-listed shares in the open market, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The purchase, made with personal funds, represents about 0.04% of the company's total issued shares.
Following the transaction, Chen holds nearly 118.3 million shares, or 30.35% of the company's issued share capital, the filing showed.
