Catalyst Metals (ASX:CYL) said drill results at the Cinnamon trend at the Plutonic Gold Belt in Western Australia confirmed a high-grade zone of gold mineralization along a 400-meter strike length, which remains open in both directions, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Drilling encountered intercepts of 18 meters at 9.7 grams per tonne (g/t) grade of gold, as well as 19 meters at 4.1 g/t grade of gold, the filing said.
The company plans to conduct infill drilling at the zone to test the limits of the area both along strike and at depth.
Catalyst Metals' shares advanced 4% in recent trading on Monday and earlier reached an all-time peak.
