Artificial intelligence chip manufacturers dominated the top 10 Chinese AI companies in 2025, according to the Hurun China AI Top 50 list released Monday.
Seven of the top 10 companies are chip manufacturers, including the top three companies, Cambricon Technologies (SHA:688256), MetaX Integrated Circuits (Shanghai) (SHA:688802), and Moore Threads Intelligent Technology (SHA:688795).
IFlyTek (SHE:002230) is at the fourth spot and is the top speech recognition software, according to the list.
