NovaBay Pharmaceuticals (NBY) said Tuesday that it signed an agreement under which it may, from time to time, offer and sell up to $100 million of its shares.

Shares of the firm slumped past 54% as intraday trading volume jumped to more than 2.86 million from a daily average of over 1.33 million.

Bakkt (BKKT) said Tuesday it has set up an at-the-market equity program to sell up to $300 million of its shares from time to time.

Shares of the company sank 18% following an increase in intraday trading volume to almost 2.32 million from a daily average of over 1.54 million.

Morgan Stanley downgraded NetApp (NTAP) to underweight from equal-weight while adjusting its price target to $89 from $117.

Shares of NetApp dropped 8.4%, with intraday trading volume at nearly 2.38 million versus a daily average of more than 1.98 million.
