ASTI Holdings (SGX:575) raised over SG$3.2 million through the placement of 128 million shares at SG$0.025, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The placement shares represent around 19.55% of the company's paid up share capital.
Proceeds raised from the exercise will be used to fund the company's business expansion plans which include new ventures, research and development and working capital requirements.
