Enphase Energy (ENPH) said Friday it will reduce its global workforce by less than 6%, or about 160 employees, as part of a restructuring plan to align its cost structure with business needs.

The plan carries about $4.6 million in restructuring and asset impairment charges, with roughly $4.2 million expected in Q1 and around $3.7 million in cash expenditures.

The company expects non-GAAP operating expenses to decline to $70 million to $75 million per quarter starting in Q3. The actions should be substantially complete in the first half of 2026, according to the filing.
