EquipmentShare.com, a construction tech and equipment services provider, said late Thursday it priced its initial public offering of 30.5 million of its class A common shares at $24.50 per share.
Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 4.6 million additional shares.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market this Friday under the ticker "EQPT." The offering is expected to close Monday.
