Elme Communities said it now expects to distribute between $17.02 and $17.47 per share, compared to its prior estimate of $17.40 to $18.32 per share, as it liquidates its business. The company also said it has entered into purchase and sale agreements covering three of its 10 remaining properties. It continues to target completing all remaining sales by the middle of the year. Shares fell 14%, to $2.55, in after-hours trading.
Digital Currency X Technology said its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq after not meeting compliance with the stock exchange's minimum closing bid price requirement. The company is not eligible for a typical 180-calendar day period to regain compliance because of its prior reverse stock split. The company plans to request a hearing to appeal the notice and address compliance. The stock slid 29% to $3.37 after market close.
