Pacific Edge Says Westpac Banking Ceases to be a Substantial Shareholder

Pacific Edge (ASX:PEB, NZE:PEB) received notice that Westpac Banking (ASX:WBC, NZE:WBC) and its affiliated entities are no longer substantial holders of the company from Wednesday, according to a Friday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

Westpac decreased its holdings to 4.95% from 5.25% and now owns 50.6 million shares in the company, the filing said.
