Toku Raises Over SG$16 Million in IPO; Shares Down 7%

Toku (SGX:TKU) raised around SG$16.3 million in its initial public offering on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading, according to a Thursday bourse filing.

Shares of the AI-customer experience technology company were down nearly 7% in recent Friday trading.

The company's shares had opened at SG$0.260 on its trading debut on Thursday, up from the company's initial public offering price of SG$0.25, before closing at SG$0.285 that day.

The company had a post-IPO market capitalization of around SG$142.6 million, based on its enlarged share capital, the filing said.
