Mach7 Technologies Says US VHA to Cease Multi-Vendor NextGen Picture Archiving, Communication System Program; Shares Fall 10%

MT Newswires Live01-23

Mach7 Technologies (ASX:M7T) was advised by the prime vendor that a partial stop work order from the US Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is underway to stop the current multi-vendor NextGen Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) program, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

Mach7 had earlier said it would participate in the US VHA's program as one of several subcontractors to a prime vendor, providing its Vendor Neutral Archive and eUnity Enterprise Diagnostic Viewer. The VHA is expected to remain with its incumbent vendor.

The company's shares fell 10% in recent trading on Friday.
