REPSOL REP.MC

Venture Global VG.N said on Wednesday an arbitration tribunal had ruled in its favor in a dispute with Spain's Repsol over the U.S. supplier's initial failure to deliver liquefied natural gas from its Calcasieu Pass project under a 20-year long-term contract.

BANKINTER BKT.MC

Spain's Bankinter said on Thursday its fourth-quarter net profit rose 25% from the same period in 2024, helped by a rise in fees.

SANTANDER SAN.MC, BBVA BBVA.MC

Santander and BBVA have doubled their loan commitments to Netflix to a total amount of about 3.8 billion euros, backing its all-cash bid for Warner Bros in the ongoing takeover bid, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Thursday.

ACCIONA ANA.MC, ACCIONA ENERGIA ANE.MC

Acciona may pursue non-organic corporate deals alongside partners to capture growth in infrastructure and renewables, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Thursday, citing an interview with Chairman Jose Manuel Entrecanales.

SANTANDER SAN.MC

Jefferies raises its target price to 11.8 euros from 7.1 euros.

MERLIN PROPERTIES MRL.MC

Barclays cuts its target price to 13.5 euros from 14.2 euros.
