CITIC Securities' (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) indirectly-owned subsidiary, CSI MTN, secured a guarantee of 670 million yuan for the issuance of bonds of the same amount, according to a Thursday filing on the Shanghai bourse.
CSI MTN issued the bonds in two tranches on Tuesday and Wednesday.
CITIC Securities International, a subsidiary of the company and direct parent of CSI MTN, provided the guarantee as part of an offshore medium-term bond program, which launched on March 29, 2022.
