Kazakhstan sets up special commission to investigate Tengiz incidentMOSCOW, Jan 22 - Kazakhstan's energy ministry said on Thursday that a special commission was investigating the causes of the January 18 incident which forced the shutdown of the vast Tengiz oil field.
The ministry said the field had been shut down after the incident to protect staff and equipment.
