China International Capital (HKG:3908) said it appointed Wang Shuguang as its chief financial officer, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
Wang is the vice chairman of the company and replaces Xu Yicheng, who stepped down due to a change in work arrangement, the firm said.
