MT Newswires Live01-22

Ayala's (PSE:AC) board approved the filing of a five-year, 30 billion Philippine pesos shelf registration with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The move allows the company to undertake future Philippine peso-denominated bond issuances efficiently and as needed.

The bonds will be sold through general public offerings.

The company will submit relevant filings and documents to regulators in due course, it said.
